The collection of poems “My Sister – Lithuania. Russian Poems about Lithuania” will be presented in Kaliningrad (Russia) Central Library on the 4th of February.

The collection of Russian poets’ poems about Lithuania, which was published with the support of the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2009, was compiled by the poet and translator Sem Sinkin.

Poems by S.Simkin, Boris Bartfeld, Albina Samusevich, Eugenija Palette, Fiodor Tiutchev, Konstantin Balmont, Josif Brodski, Robert Rozdestvenski dedicated to Lithuanian nature and the classics of Lithuanian literature Kristijonas Donelaitis, Salomėja Nėris and other themes are published in the book.
